What is Punch Embroidery?
Punch needle embroidery is a form of embroidery that's also related to rug hooking. This technique goes back hundreds or maybe even thousands of years. Instead of stitching through the fabric, punch needle pushes thread or yarn into the fabric, while keeping the needle on the surface. The result of punch needle embroidering is a highly textured design made of loops that shows off its connection to rug making.
No physical item will be shipped. A downloadable info sheet will be emailed to you after purchase. If you have any concerns or queries please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Although I try my hardest to finish the class on time there is a chance it may run slightly longer. I would rather stay a little longer and have you leave with a finished piece than have you leave with something half done.
This is an adult class but confident teens are welcome.
Elise Heather Designs reserves the right to postpone and reschedule the class at short notice if any extenuating circumstances arise.
The class is being held in Wilsonton at a private residence. It will be located in my enclosed patio area. We will be protected from the elements but it can be rather chilly. Please dress accordingly.
