Sizing and Colour Details

Although all care is used when measuring a hand made item, please note that there can be up to a 2cm discrepancy. 

Colours can vary from those pictured in item pictures due to camera and/or monitor settings. 

Due to the nature of the materials used to create items, it is normal to have variations in colour, texture and length.

Any additional items seen in product photos are not included in the purchase of any item unless explicitly stated in the item's description. All extra items pictured are the intellectual property of either Elise Heather Designs or the original artist.

Custom and personalised orders

For custom and personalised items 1/3 (one third) non- refundable payment is required before any work is commenced. Full payment due before item is shipped.

Damages

All items will be packed with great care to avoid damages during delivery. If damages occur I will require a photo upon arrival and an explanation of damages. Decisions on how to rectify will be made by a case by case basis.

Shipping

Once items are shipped and are in Australia Post's possession, shipping times are out of my control. Elise Heather Designs accepts no responsibility for lost or late packages.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items will be packed with care using new and reused packaging materials. If you require certain packaging eg: gift wrapping, please contact me.​
